This rag joint is needed when installing a Borgeson 600 Delphi steering box, Danchuk # 15972, with an Ididit Column Shift style steering column. Danchuk # 15973 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy. For a floor shift Ididit Column or a Flaming River column use Danchuk # 15974 rag joint instead.
