Product Description
This seal helps protect your engine compartment from water and dirt. Engine heat and the passing of time will eventually wear rubber parts, so if you have not yet replaced that old seal, do it before your work is compounded. Danchuk # 288 will work on any 1957 classic Chevy. Made in the USA.
Note: These install at the outer edges of the splash pan on both sides. The "C" edge slips up over the edge of the splash pan with the flap facing up and forward. It was originally stapled in four places on each side. You will have to poke a hole in the outer edge so the outer splash pan to fender bolt may be installed.
