These steel "L" brackets are either bolted or welded to the frame rails when installing a rear transmission cross member, like Danchuk # 12564, in your classic. The cross member sits on these brackets and is bolted to them to keep it in place. Installation hardware is not included. Danchuk # 1003 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy when installing a rear transmission cross member. Made in the USA.
