This important grommet keeps the power steering hose in its proper place. Loose hoses, if allowed to move near the exhaust pipe, break down quickly and are in danger of bursting. Correctly mounted hoses are safer and last far longer. Danchuk # 819 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy with original power steering.
