This little "G" clip is used on almost every shift linkage or shifter we have ever worked on. On the Shoebox Chevy's it was used on the shift linkages as well as the clutch rod. # 2262 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy and 1956-1982 Corvettes as well as other vehicles you may have in your collection.
