Without these stops your seat back cannot be adjusted and it won't sit right! This kit has just the metal upper stops which work with the Danchuk # 607 upper stops. Danchuk # 903 will work on any 1955-1956 classic Chevy 2-door.
Note: Car seats are often swapped over the years and the seat in your classic may not be the correct one for your model year. If your seat stops are cylindrical with a hole in the center that rest on a steel plate you have a 1957 seat in your car and you will need the 1957 seat back stops # 607A.
