All numbers and letters are recessed on the back side and painted white. Edges of the lens is painted green to transmit color to the letters when backlit, just like Chevy produced them in 1955, 1956 and 1957. Danchuk # 298B will work on any 1955-1956 classic Chevy as well as 1958-1962 Corvettes. Made in USA. Please note all lenses are clear. Photo is of Danchuk # 298 which looks similar. This part is ONLY the clock lens pictured on the left.
